Terms of Service

Novelyn provides software for planning, generating, editing, and exporting manuscripts. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.

You must own or have permission to use any content you upload. You are responsible for the final manuscript, including accuracy, originality, legal compliance, and market claims.

Credits control AI actions. Paid plan access is confirmed through Stripe billing events. Abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass billing or usage limits may result in account suspension.

Exported files are provided as-is. Novelyn does not guarantee publication, sales, copyright registration, platform acceptance, or legal suitability.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Plan changes, cancellations, and billing management are handled through Stripe when billing is connected.
